At the Guinness Storehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Return Form

  Locate the return documentation provided in your original package and fill out the details regarding the items you wish to return and the reason for the request.

  Secure Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-addressed return shipping label to the outside of your parcel, making sure to cover or remove any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized postal service location and keep your tracking receipt safe until your refund has been processed.
